Together with your local chef and guide, you'll get a hands-on cooking experience with tips and recipe send through to your mail box so you can reproduce the dishes at home. Banana Blossom Salad, Chicken Amok & Pumpkin Custard desserts are some of your menu choices. And the best part is!!! You can taste all your creations once the cooking's over!
Since we start to operate the Cooking Class in 2009, we had 6-orphan kids stayed in our shelter. In that time I was working at the hotel and I did not have much time to run the class, so we only do at the weekend Saturday & Sunday. Mr. John who had this idea told me that, don't worries too much about that Ben, time will come by and we just do the class when you have free time, so no hassle.
Until October 2014, I decided to quit my hotel's job, then I took 2-months travel within Southeast Asia and I return
home and I start run this cooking class full time on the 7th January 2015
and we get some more orphan kids joining our venture. Up to now, we have 71-kids in total. We provide
=> Free Education at state school
=> Free healthcare
